Return & Exchange Policy
Thank You for shopping at Covered Scarf. If you have an issue with your purchase, we're here to help.
You have  calendar days to return once the item is delivered to you.
You may return for exchange IF:
- Items that are damaged, marked or found to have manufacturing error are acceptable for return and exchange.
- Items received not as per order (wrong item)
- Item received is not complete
- Item(s) must be returned in the original selling condition and include the original product packaging, price tags, and labels.
You may not return for exchange IF:
- Due to lighting effects, display device’s brightness, contrast setting, etc., there could be some slight differences in the colour tone of the pictures and the actual item.
- Change your mind.
- Doesn’t like the colour that you have purchased.
- Discounted or sale item
- Damaged, soiled, washed, altered, and worn item(s)
The customer will be entitled to a refund in the event of:
- The customer received a parcel with a missing item(s)
- Item(s) ordered is out of stock.
- For defective item(s), you will receive RM 5.00 in form credit to your Covered Scarf account.
Please note that the refund process will take a maximum of 14 working days.
Once we received your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund credit to your Covered Scarf account. We will notify the customer about the refund status by email.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
